hi govpatel, thanks for the response, I cannot login to edit anything, deactivate or switch themes, when i go to my /wp-admin page it just reads

me too, i upgraded to the new wordpress and it erased my site, i have restored the original files, but no design shows up AND most importantly i cannot login even.
same, i upgraded and it gave me all white pages, then i did a restore but my site shows only text and no design, as well i cannot login anymore, when i go to my http://www./wp-admin page it says 403 Forbidden. Help!!!
