And will users be able to subscribe to someones blog like someone will get messages or emails when there is an update the blog. Or will I need a plugin
Is there a widget that will show users someone is subscribe too

Just to be clear i have a multi site network sub domain and a knowledge base sub domain that i want to share users.

and even subscribe to get update notices if the blog owner writes a new blog entry
