Thanks for the help one more time I played around with your suggestions again and it worked now, I was the one who was not doing something right

Thanks for the quick reply

Tried all of these before and still Im blocked out, Im the sole user for the web page, It happened before when i was trying to log on from my work laptop but as soon as i used my own i was able to take it off, now im using my own laptop and it still wont let me :((
