In reply to: Blockquote problems in IEin IE as you scroll down the text “drifts” to the left. By the bottom of the page there is nearly no margin at all. If I had more bq’s the text would go off the page.
it is probably the most clear in the 3rd bq, where you can see the text is coming out of the bq formatting (going over the pink dotted line).
Do you see what I’m talking about? If not, I can add more bq’s so it starts to slide all the way off the page.

In reply to: Blockquote problems in IEI’ve added three of the blockquotes back in. enough to show the drift, but not take it all the way off the page.
thanks a ton!

it IS the block quotes. things are no longer drifting with them gone.
Anyone know how to make blockquotes work properly in IE?
i’ll quit posting now – just wanted to have all the info i could out there.
thank you.

In reply to: Blockquote problems in IEin an effort to provide as much help as i can…
installed IE7 and that didn’t seem to solve the issue. unfortunately.
could it be something with the blockquotes? the problem seems to be worse when there are lots of posts with blockquotes, but I don’t see anything wrong with the HTML.
thanks for any help at all. grasping at straws now.

In reply to: Blockquote problems in IEstrange. i could have sworn i pulled this out yesterday. oh well. it’s gone now. as you suspected though, the text drift problem still exists.
i just tried using the default index.php too and the drift still exists.
running out of options i guess 🙂
