My client has a free Zapier tool. Might I get conditions on Zapier, or will it be the same as Mailchimp?
I have identified the problem. The form is a lead generation form on a quiz. Conditions appears on a normal form, but integrations is greyed out on the Leads form, and the Quiz integrations do not have conditions.
Any chance this can be addressed?

I have been sending info to Mailchimp successfully for a while, so I think it’s all connected. However my screen doesn’t show conditions.

I was unable to install the zipped file, it said “incompatible archive”.
Should I unzip it directly to the file folder on the server? I’m working with a live website, so I’m a bit nervous.

With reference to the sidebar. Yes, all the categories show perfectly on the pages on a desktop, but when people use their phone there is no sidebar.
Therefore on a phone it’s difficult to jump to a different category. I have used breadcrumbs which allows them jump back to the “Archive” of all categories, and then move to a completely different category. On a phone it would be nice to have an offscreen mobile menu.
I managed to add the categories manually to the existing offscreen mobile menu. My theme is not very friendly for Betterdocs, and perhaps I should try yours! (My theme is Colibri, which is great for design, but conflicts with some things in betterdocs)

On the above page, “Popular Documents” are shown at the bottom of the page. The Titles for each Popular Document have a hover effect, which implies they are clickable and you can go to that chapter.
On mine, there is no link? Perhaps this is a setting. It would be useful if these headings were clickable so if the person sees the exact answer they are looking for, they can jump to it.
I use your default layouts as I don’t use a page-builder. I think the popular documents panel is set under “Customize” – I turn it on.

If you look at this Archive page, there are 4 “Other Docs” in the blocks at the end. It would be wonderful if these headings on the blocks were clickable and one could jump to other chapters?
https://letsopendoors.intercomm.co.za/chapter/about-this-guide/I have done it somehow, but I don’t know how. I have two menus and I used the method above with hiding. The mobile menu always uses the new menu Mobile Menu, no matter what device (which is fine).
I would like to have a process for doing this, in case I have to do it again. It’s very useful to have a bigger menu on mobile.
It’s fixed, they gave me the API key and not the secret.
However, Bit Integrations isn’t going to work in this use case, because it cannot see a Forminator Quiz, only the Formiantor Forms. The quiz incorporates a lead generation form, but it’s not visible on the dropdown.If you look at this page in your own documentation,
- On your page sidebar (left side) the icons are aligned correctly even on long headlines.
- But on the content side of the page, you have an animated GIF in Step 3, the icons are NOT aligned correctly? That’s what mine are doing!

Drag your screen narrower (e.g. if your browser had a bookmarks sidebar open or you didn’t have an extremely wide monitor, or you had more than 1 window open) and when any headline goes onto 2 lines, the icon goes into the middle between the two rows, it doesn’t stay aligned with the top row.
I don’t have a say in the length of the headlines. I have asked the team to keep them as short as possible, but sometimes they are long.I have tried CSS, but it ignores me. Perhaps due to how flexbox works? If you have a CSS solution, that is fine.
