Thanks, Alex, for responding so quickly. For me, I think, the biggest need is the ability to clear all data for a particular quiz. (As new groups of students come through my course, it would be helpful to be able to easily discard old student data while keeping the quiz in tact.) I could imagine the usefulness of being able to clear quiz data from an individual user, as well, but for me this would be secondary.

Thanks for your work on this issue. Should I see the fix now? I’m using iCafe 1.8.3 and WordPress 3.9, and the problem persists–still no book title above the “Back to Library” link. Any further advice or updates? Thanks.

Thanks for your help. I used the bit you provided to create a custom.css file in my theme directory, clicked the “Use Custom CSS” box in the plugin settings, and it worked for me. I’m hoping the plugin author updates for WP8.3, though. Here’s the CSS I used for others who may be looking for it.
