For this you have to customize a theme file.
Go to theme root folder and find another folder functions.
Now open the inkthemes-functions.php file. Put the following line in particular function named asfunction inkthemes_setup() { add_theme_support('title-tag'); }This may resolve your problem.

if you have updated version of this theme then delete the theme and install the fresh copy.

Just go to Dashboard->Settings->Reading Settings
by first option change your home page to static page, and leave the second option blank.
You just change the layout of the page by selecting Template
(Dashboard->Pages->Edit Pages -> Template)
