Thank you very much Jonathan. You put me on the exact right track!
Indeed WP doesn’t remove classes.
Now I am finding out about adding a new selectbox with my classes to the tinyMCE in the backend to make it user friendly for non HTML writers.
I found a great article:

And what I also like to accomplisch (on my static website, wp being used as a cms) is what is also asked in:

I was thinking to make several posts each with a different slide=
And then write a query for the sidebar to select the right post for each respective page.
Please shoot / augment /critizise on this idea

BTW how can I skip all the user tools and info? I only want to display the pics.
