Dear WordPress community,
Unfortunately, the error has come back, and I did not change any settings whatsoever. Firstly I have checked WooCommerce logs and Paypal logs (both API calls and Webhook calls) and all seems to go through, then at the very end it says again “Error Processing Checkout. Please Try Later”.

I will paste the system status report as it was suggested by @ckadenge at the beginning of the thread, however keep in mind that the only thing that changed since I set the thread as solved was updating WooCommerce to the latest version (8.6.1), that’s it. I did not log change nor add anything else in this meantime.

I am considering the idea of just building the website from scratch at this point, I am out of ideas. It’s been like this for months: it works, then by itself stops working, then it starts working when I change something, then it stops after a bit, … and so on.
