Do you have linked your bank account with your UPI ID? Please try with different UPI ID as it is not actual problem of this plugin. The plugin is working perfectly.

I have tested on your site order id 315, everything is working perfectly fine. All UPI detects your UPI ID AND YOUR NAME.

This plugin does not use any transients. I think those were generated from different plugins. Please uninstall and install the plugin.

This plugin is not based on scheduled cron job. So, I think this plugin does not create multiple process to republish your old posts.
Could you please bother to give me a screenshots of those processes?

I will release an update soon where the customer has to add UPI ID first and then he/she can proceed to the payment as for a customer it is quite difficult to find and write UPI ID AND/OR UTR number after payment and UPI Transaction Number will be completely removed in the next version.
