There is error_log but there is nothing inside it. I think it is very hard to know the problem. I am going to give up on this. Thank you for your support
Please try again. before the problem is because i didn’t connect the confirmation page with donation confirmation page. now there is no error but the loading page is turning forever and still no confirmation page.
Where should i find the error logs. on my public html error logs, it is empty
Hi. after payment it goes to this link https://infaithly.com/give/donation-form/?payment-mode=manual&form-id=6778. Meanwhile this folder give or donation-form doesn’t exist on my side. Is there something missing? or should be there?
Can you try access again. I access my link and there is no error. it show everything including the donation.
I have cleared all the cache and remose Litespeed caching. So there is no cache at all on wordpress. But still givewp donation keep rotating and doesn’t show any confirmation or thank you page. it only manage to send confirmation email letter.
