Thanks for your solution..i already tried using the theme’s inbuilt colorbox but it opens the entire page in lightbox rather then the inline content.. i am not a javascript coder so doesn’t know how to tweak it. Any help with that?

click on the button in sidebar “Have a Question” it will open a popup form that scrolls with the page…i have set the options in admin to never scroll… it works fine on other pages but not on homepage with the Q2W3 fixed widget plugin..thanks!!
