Just wanted to add more detail:
I notice now that in some cases the link works, and directs to the comment in question, but that seems to be only if the thread is one page long. If the comment is on the second page, it will direct the reader to the top of the comments section, and they have to navigate themselves to the next page and the bottom of the thread.

I fixed it! In the post’s html, I added “margin: auto;” to the table style.
I don’t know why it worked, because I don’t know what I’m doing. 🙂

Nevermind. I removed the plug-in and went for PhotoSmash instead.
