highly likely you need to change background of animated block that is under content

we know this bug and it’s already fixed but not released so it should work from next update
No, it can’t work on GS as we can’t enable support for tags in this field because of security reason. But you can enable HTML type of content in block and put css in style tags directly in content
Full width in core navigation is not possible and limited by container, so you must put it on separate line.
But in Greenshift Navigation element – it’s possible, make sure that your parent block doesn’t have position as relative

Parallax image uses script so it can conflict with editor. You can use native Background parallax feature, it uses regular image
it’s working the same for both. You have cache plugin that shows cached page for non logged users. Simply update the cache
