In reply to: No auto upgrade link, no version displayed,Manual upgrade took care of it… and now the updates interface works as expected (although it took me a minute to find it in the new version).
Presumably there’s a setting hidden in there somewhere.

In reply to: No auto upgrade link, no version displayed,On the Dashboard it says “You are using WordPress 3.0.1” there is no update button.
On Dashboard > Updates (aka /wp-admin/update-core.php) I see the message in my original post above. Again, no update button. Note that instead of saying “3.0.1” on this page all references to version say “-“, as in “Download -” instead of “Download 3.0.1”
