Thank You for suggestion … it was fixed by first deactivating/activating of Akismet plugin … not it works fine 🙂

I have same problem, but partially solved…
I clicked “Edit” link by every dashboard widget and than I clicked “Save” on following page and widget started working ….
Only widget “Plugins” doesnt have this link so it is still not working…
