Sorry, I’m not entirely sure. I created a blog though wordpress.org because I wanted to add a specific template which you couldn’t do on wordpress.com.
I have a Mac, so I had to download Mamp Pro and go through the steps that way.
I previously had a domain name which I want to use for this site so that others can view my blog but I’ve had trouble doing this.
Essentially, I want others to be able to view my blog using my domain name – not “wordpress/”
Do you know how I can do this?

it may not help that I currently have the blog as private, but I don’t want anything to be seen whilst I’m in the editing stage.
