It sounds like some sort of conflict with your theme or another plugin. Send us an email and we can take a closer look if you like. hello@usabilitydynamics.com
Could you describe “Misuse of the admin dashboard notices?” The admin notices we display are within the limit of what WordPress allows and generally accepted practices.
Also – this hardly warrants a one star review. I assume there are other issues with the plugin that are causing separate issues? Could you please expand on those as well? Thanks

From what I can tell, you may be having issues because you renamed the ‘/wp-content’ folder and a possible conflict with another plugin (you mentioned it may be iThemes Security). We will investigate further.
Sounds like something is corrupt with your wordpress installation or your hosting configuration. If this was as serious as you describe, many other users would be reporting a similar experience. It sounds specific to your case.

In certain situations, users were not able to dismiss admin notices because of their host’s caching settings. We have implemented a fix for this and that may resolve your issue.
