Whether it takes the subject from the shop name ([shop_name]) or I type it in manually it still replaces the ampersand with the html entity (& amp;) when the customer receives the order email.

I obviously need to company name to appear correctly (C&C Training) and not as C& amp;C Training.

I had tried a few other actions but none had the desired effect. give_purchase_form_before_submit did the trick, although the custom field is appearing below the ‘terms’ area. Is there an action to put it between the email address and the terms?
