I tried UM’s Conditional Logic, but this is just whether you want hide or show a particular custom field. What I am looking is, a dynamic form that when you click an “add” button, it will add another line of form field sets.

it is WP Customer Reviews. We wanted to show the ratings besides the {titlefields} hopefully if we can show stars as well instead of rating in numbers.

I already tried those option but still not showing any kind of result. The field was a number value between 1 to 5.

Thanks for the response. yeah, i tried it but i’m not sure of the right {} for wpcr3_review_rating field. Thank you
