Xenu didn’t report any of these errors, and I also tried crawling the site with Googlebot as the user-agent.
Anyone else?

I am having the exact same problem. At first I thought the Wassap plugin is causing this, so I disabled it. Now I am running Xenu on the site to see if it finds anything.
