The issue is still happening. The FacetWP setup is pretty straight forward. The filters are based on taxonomies.
I created a sandbox and upgraded the Smush plugin to the latest version. You can see it here breaking the filters and results when select/filter something.

This problem doesn’t happen on the old version of Smush 3.2.1.
