Sorry, not sure if I am making myself clear. For example, i put a Links widget into the right sidebar, then deleted it and put another widget at the number 1 position instead. While the Links widget disappears in my desktop Safari browser, it still appears in iOS and Chrome.

I ended up logging into the cpanel and deleting the plugin directly. Worked perfectly.
