This issue has been resolved.
It had nothing to do with the error above, it had to do with my WordPress Address (URL) and the Site Address (URL). For the last year they have been set to a http site address (even though I do have an SSL certificate), but now I guess the internet has changed and I had to have both addresses set to an https address.

It wasn’t throwing any errors, but it was the only one that when disabled fixed the problem. I guess I will bring it up with them.

My site is live and making orders. I really don’t want to disable the whole thing and switching themes.
I’ve disable every plugin that is throwing errors in the debug mode and still am getting the same issue.

That link is just to paypal-woocommerce.zip. Will that also fix the Credit Cards processing error?
