In reply to: [WooCommerce] double emails for same orderthe email on the staging copy is not configured. its just logging the emails without sending them. I deactivated the WP Mail SMTP: by WPForms – 3.1.0. as we are using it, but this wasn’t happening before even with this plugin installed.
we started seeing this when we split the transactional emails to dedicated service, instead of our domain email server.
the same still happens. problem is that it sends two orders to everyone. each with a different order number
