It seems like you have a comma (,) after one of your custom elements and nothing afterwards. This may break the css file, and thous you will not be able to see any font changes.Make sure to remove the comma in “Section 5: Manage Fonts” by editing the relevant custom element after selecting your font.
We will consider adding a filter to automatically correct all custom elements may be invalid.

Thank you for getting the website online, have you uploaded the font files via our plugin or using other method?
Looking at our declerations file in your website, the file seems to be completely empty:

It seems like the font decleration process is being done on other places in the website, the theme itself or perhaps a different plugin?Forum: Plugins

I have looked at your website and it shows under construction page, so hopefully we can see the issue “on action” through there.Right now i’m seeing opens sans both as the actual font via android chrome.

The issue has probably to do with font format not supported by all mobile browsers, we would recommend using font format generator like: https://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator
And upload more formats like ttf and woff, that should do the trick.Let us know if you need any further help!

1) Could you please let us know the URL of the website in question? If you feel uncomfortable to publish it here, you could send us a support ticket via our website ofcourse.
2) Do you have any cache plugins installed on your website? Or on the server level if you are aware of any?
3) Could you let us know what formats have you uploaded for the specific font that seems to cause issues?
4) Please direct us to the element that seems to not change.It seems to be either case of hard cache not clearing from your browser and/or lack of support for some font format.
We will do our best to help you as soon as possible 🙂

If mod is reading this, we have exact details of the ticket that was sent to us and the lack of response from this user, in order to even being to understand how can we help him. since as it seems he is not trying to use the plugin on wordpress and seems to think it has other uses which are completely unrelated to what the plugin is doing.If any more info is needed we can send a picture to prove it since a ticket was sent to our support via our website contact form, not only in the support forums here.

In reply to: [Font Organizer] Virgin Computer NeededWe are sorry but we already explained to you that you need to provide more information about your issue, since your ticket did not make any sense, our plugin is stored on servers not inside windows 10, you did not provide us with any info but decided to give us 1 star instead giving us more information.
It is a shame that people like you degrade hundreds of hours of work provided by us for free in order to help the wordpress community, when we offer you help and you simply do not respond to us.
As you said in your ticket, no fonts plugin works for you simply because you don’t make correct use of it, but since you decided to give us 1 start rating anyway, have a good luck with that.

This is a WordPress only plugin, it runs on servers, usually linux based servers.
We are not sure what use are you intending for the plugin on windows 10, could you please explain it in details so we may try to understand if we can help you?
The plugin does not generate its own fonts but uses the fonts you have uploaded or simply using google fonts via API.Forum: Reviews
