If I visit a page that has zero traffic for the first time either using gtmetrix or check it via Network tab on my web browsers dev tools the TTFB is always almost 50% less than of what is becomes after I visit the check the page again via a different web browser or even different device.

I have a simple cloudflare setup that just caches the js and some other simple static files, not whole pages.

I think installing New Relic would be a bit too much for me. Is there not any other way to diagnose the cause using something like a plugin (maybe query monitor) or a linux server util or logs?
