LearnPress auto shows newest course to top of archive course page. Group and sorting courses is not supported by learnpress but to be designed on premium themes support learnpress such eduma, elearning, coaching.

You can update plugin learnpress 2.1.8.1 then uncheck on course payment and requires enroll https://prnt.sc/gmuqko. And in front end will show course is free, you can remove this word in file learnpress/single-course/price.php.

There is option “Duration” to select for a course, it means time to a student can learn course from time taking course. When expired then auto student can not learn anymore.
