Let’s try to deactive one by one actived plugin to definite what plugin is the cause of conflicting. Or maybe due to conflict theme, you can active default WordPress theme to try. Let us know how it goes.

2. Teacher/admin see results of user test: you can refer Grade book add-on https://thimpress.com/product/gradebook-add-on-for-learnpress/. Current LP just allow admin receives email when student enroll, does not send email when finish course.

To make course free, you can edit course then select require enroll or not http://prntscr.com/efd26o.
