We are hosting this blog on amazon aws. We currently don’t have any sort of external caching enabled.
I’ve gone through the article linked above and done a search and replace. The problem remains. Note that it seems to be isolated to the Block Editor in wp-admin. I haven’t come across any other instances of the issue.
