I was previously running on an aws server and now on a different cloud provider that I mentioned in the form. Ever since I moved it that is when this issue has started happening.

Disabling both the cloudflare and redis plugins still gave the same error message.I used the form provided to submit the requested information.
Yes the plugin had been installed and activated and yes it is the same message as before.
Installed that plugin and tried again but still getting the same error.
