bart086c I do have a Name field in this form. Hmmm…
I should add that all of the forms submitted via my site do show properly in Feedback…just no email generated when I have multiple mail to addresses in the form.
I was having the same problem and I found that if I directed the form to only one email the form would work. (I set up a gmail account and then use that to forward the contact form info to multiple recipients.) That said, with WP 3.6.1 and Jetpack 2.5 the forms are ugly (all scrunched up, no line breaks where they used to be beautifully formatted) and I have to rely on this gmail workaround.
Is this a compatibility issue or something else? Thank you!
