Thanks Matt.
Hi Matt
In retrospect I’m not sure what happened. The timing was conspicuous as it happened immediately after my site was running on cloudflare, but as I said I’m not sure what it was.
Technically speaking, when the nameservers were changed for cloudflare, does that qualify as “migrating to a new host”?
Yes, first time with cloudflare.
You recommend the Cloudflare plugin? I’m trying to keep plugin number low.
I have now changed to CF-Connecting-IP option.
No additional problems so far.
Problem solved. deleted wordfence in wp and deleted wordfence tables in mysql. then reinstalled. Now it works fine.
Nope thanks. I asked to hide the

This topic is NOT resolved.
@dwinden. We sure do. Mine is definitely a ‘special’ world view 😉
Anywhoo, my site works, so all is good.
I tend to think a support topic is not resolved until a plugin author replied. But oh well..
Thanks for your response. I just added a redirect to my .htaccess. Now when I type any of my urls with http, it redirects to https.
I found this redirect code on the ithemes website. just add 2 lines of code, that was it 😉
you can find it here:

In reply to: [Polylang] php polylang warning/errors after switching to SSLhaha, whaaaat? ME found a bug??? the odds of that are like me winning the lottery 😉
Do you recommend I install your beta, or should I wait for your next public update?
I’m not in a rush, my site is not live yet, still building and testing. So I can wait.
Let me know.
Thanks.
hey thanks for your fast answers! I really appreciate it.
I think I am experiencing the ‘normal’ pains of a freshly installed ssl certificate 😉

In reply to: [Polylang] php polylang warning/errors after switching to SSLI also had redirect loops happening on my site (only the homepage loaded normally). so I had to deactivate the Really Simple SSL plugin. Now the redirects are solved. and the polylang errors are also fixed.
But I think I still have a problem with https and polyang. Basically I see that the polylang flags are not secure. These are MY OWN polylang flags, NOT the default flags.

http://www.helloenglish.vn/wp-content/polylang/en_US.pngThese 2 pictures are always flagged as insecure content.
Do you have any ideas or suggestions how I can solve this problem?
Basically I uploaded 2 bigger image files to work in my menu.
Here is a question. The regular polylang flags are in this folder:
public_html/wp-content/plugins/polylang/flagsCan I remove the standard en_Us and vi flags and REPLACE them with my bigger images? In this folder? or will that cause a problem?
I don’t know if this would solve the ‘insecure’ problem, but it’s a thought.
