Are we talking about same thing? Or are you asking in other words “How can I see my assigned posts to categories from website menu?”
Pay attention that there are a lot of places where you can edit things and make them show up.
Important thing, describe your issue as detailed as possible, example – when I do something, I expect something to happen, something is not happening.

In reply to: Post won’t go into categoriesIf you planning on assigning a category to a post, you can do the following:
– visit Dashboard -> Posts -> Add New / Edit existing post
– in edit post view in the right hand Sidebar you will see “Categories”, there are all your categories listed.
– thick the checkbox to the left of desired category / categories
– Update / Save postHope it helps

If you talked with support and they confirmed that your hosting plan has limitations, that is it. Either purchase some other hosting package and resolve your limitations or leave things as they are and update theme manually.

You could try re saving the permalink structure, then clear caches and reload the page.
