I figured out at least a *temporary* fix:

Instead of using the featured image method of placing the image in the promotion, I’m using the CDN URL method, although with the same image in the same location as the featured image.

I would still prefer to use the featured image method though, since it’s shorter and I can have my lesser-WordPress savvy cohorts use that method.

I’ve got WP version 3.0.3 and I’m having the issue you just described above: all issues still say #1 – three days in a row. The plugin came through the WordPress.org repository a couple days ago and is version 2.0.1. Any idea what could be causing this?
