Yeah, my text on the backend is formatted in one single line and I’m having issues with the formatting in my Learnpress classes that go away when I disable Yoast. It’s also causing issues with the formatting in my Memberpress plugin backend. The only issues showing on the front end is the formatting in the Learnpress course, which is cramming all the words together.
Do I need the Yoast plugin enabled for this check to work? And does the website need to up and running? I’ve looked at your link and I’m a little unclear on all this.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: WP not working well with SEO pluginsI’ve done all your suggestions as recommended and yes, as I said, I realize it’s the developer of the plugin that has to work with WP, but it’s been with every SEO plugin that I’ve installed. Guess WP is trying to force us to use their SEO instead of other plugins. Just think it’s pretty crappy of WP to cause issues with all the major SEO plugins.
I’m on the hunt for a new SEO plugin just in case. I prefer Yoast but this is a huge issue and I need my SEO. I’m hoping the fix it!
Problem found. The Yoast SEO plugin is causing the formatting issues. Now I have to choose which plugin is more important to me, although I need them both.
Any way around this Ken?
Hummm, guess I’ll start checking more of the plugins. I’ve already had to disabled Optin Cat for Mailchimp because it was causing issues. Seems like Learnpress doesn’t work so well with popular plugins. Please let me know what you find out.
Thanks
HeidiHi Ken,
Sorry about that. Here’s a link to screenshots of the finished product and the backend showing what it should look like.https://docs.google.com/document/d/1enGEN-59YXyMJMz2L3S_n5UmPZjnlzZYTV5DhZWjv8w/edit?usp=sharing
Thanks
