I found the solution in the interim. I didn’t realize that there were two menus. And you’re right, this wasn’t the primary menu. Problem solved.
I’m having an issue with Mail (2) as well.
My Mail message goes out fine when someone submits the form, but my Mail (2) autoreply message is only sent out intermittently, maybe one in three times when the Mail message is sent out. The Mail (2) message is sent out when “Use HTML content type” is unchecked, and the message arrives unformatted.
Any help would be appreciated.
