Checking back in on this to see if there is a solution.

I installed the plugin so that I could add custom schema to each page. I have that installed.

However, the plugin is adding default schema that does not include the thumbnail. This is the code that is automatically being generated. (See below.

On the settings tab, I have the “Add default videoObject schema whenever any video found on website. No need to add separate schema type for it, if this option is enabled.” De-selected. I just want my custom schema on the page, no default schema.
