In reply to: Login to the admin – Access Denied instead of login boxThey fixed the problem without having to get to my dashboard. It was a new techie, and when he asked a more experienced one, it was an easy fix. I had put wordpress in a directory titled, blog. All they had to do was to create a permission in the host server for the blog directory, and the problem was solved.

The person I am talking to wants to get my password for WordPress.org to get to my dashboard. Can he get to my dashboard that way? Or maybe he doesn’t understand. I don’t know my password because my computer just remembers it, so I can’t give it to him.
I still get access denied when trying to get to the login page.
When I put in the browser:
http://confidencecenter.com/blog/wp-login.phpit changes to:

In reply to: Fatal error: Out of memory when activating YOP POLLHaven’t tried increasing the memory. I’ll call my server to find out if I can do that. The last time I called them, they said that all the memory was available, though.

Thanks for the advice. I just did it by FTP and it was successful.
