Realised it was a conflict with the font – another font plugin was overriding this plugin’s font so it couldn’t load the icons. Disabled the custom font for hyperlinks and it works fine now 🙂
I think i’m having the same issue, and right clicking the box where its supposed to be and opening it in a new tab in your browser seems to work…
