You right am not looking to remove the account from MCA owner account am looking to unlink it, However I double-check with google on this and i send them below email :

Am looking to unlink it, so that it is a standalone account.

I no need to delete it, I want my account to be a standalone account, so that i can use Buy on Google.

The available way to remove/unlink a sub-account from a MCA account will be by deleting the sub-account, to delete only a sub-account within a multi-client account, use the delete functionality as you normally would on the Accounts page of the parent multi-client account.
Note: The instructions below apply only to parent multi-client accounts (MCAs). The option to delete will not show for sub-accounts. If you are using a sub-account, you’ll need the MCA’s owner to delete the account on your behalf.
