When I had this problem, what worked for me was to change the theme and removed an anti-spam plugin. I forgot the name of the plug in, but I would recommend deactivating your plugins to see which one is causing the problem.

I also have the same problem. At first the error only appears when I update something through the dashboard. But now I can’t even log in.
Here is the error:

Ever since I’ve started my site, I only used FileZilla once. I do everything through the WP dashboard. I’m not sure if that’s the cause of the problem. So I was trying to follow the instructions and trying to download WP again. I installed WP through Fantastico so this is really hard for me. I can’t find the /wp-admin/ and /wp-includes/ directories. I’ve already downloaded the latest version of WP and I don’t know what to do next. Please help. I just need a little more instruction that can get me through this. Thanks. I would really appreciate it.
