In WP 2.1, it seems like that area where the file types for upload are controlled doesn’t work anymore. I’ve removed all the file types I wanted to block from wp-includes/functions-post.php, but now that I’ve upgraded to 2.1, people can once again upload .bmp, .tiff, and everything else I want to hold back.
Anyone have any ideas at all? This is still an issue for me. I think it may have to do with a large number of unpublished drafts.
