thnx for idea; i created new user (super admin / via DB) and grant to my “old” admin superadmin right.
now i can access to plugins / can edit users and see in network admin ‘updates’ too! 🙂
now only fix “Database Upgrade Required” infinite upgrading loop and i am happy like before 😀 (low priority hehehe)

hi, i got the same problem on my multisite.
no update / plugin links in dashboard.
after manually going to ‘update-core.php’ or ‘plugins.php’ i got this message:
‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’
and yes, i am admin. wp versions tested 3.5.1 / 3.5.2 / 3.6.
tested with default theme and with plugins disabled (via ftp).
any idea? thnx!
