Thanks a lot for your post.
I found the answer to my question
the solution was to add “wmode=opaque” to the query string of the youtube iframe like so:
<iframe width=”640″ height=”360″ src=”http://www.youtube.com/embed/w9OhG7Wx1CY?wmode=opaque” frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen></iframe>
I looked at your portfolio site and I had a same problem. I use Pinboard theme. Go to Appearance > Theme Options and uncheck the Lightbox. It solved my problem.

Sorry, the question is how do I get the video to stay in the back of the picture?
