make sure the div that the slider is in (and all parents of that div for that matter) are set to either 100% or the full page width you’d like them to be
Ive just finally been able to fix that problem by downloading the latest version of rev slider from envato or whatever that site is they use to keep all the support tickets private. horrible support from this company, but a wonderful slider.
