# 1 I went to my file manager at my host and entered wp-content folder, every thing was already set to 755 that was in folder. Do you have any other suggestions. I can upload media into my other web sites, also with wp, with no problem.
#3. “set resize of image from miscellaneous” where is this miscellaneous you are refering to? I see theme header in theme editor. I see style. It looks like this

I am also having trouble getting my media to work. I upload photos only to see an X in a blank box. Before I upgraded to 2.7.1 I did not have this problem. I was previously on 2.7. I tried the alternat browser and it also showed just a X
