How is it slander when I pointed out a huge issue, author agreed there is one, and of course blamed Google/Chrome for it, when, in reality, all he does is push people towards an expensive upgrade, which then miraculously fixes the issue with that same Google/Chrome. As long as you pay. Right now I have a broken installation and site, which the author, once again, just “forgot” to mention that a supposed fix on a site already started with a .dev.cc will not be fixed by the instructions provided. Only break it even more.

Just tried your supposed so called fix above on an already built .dev.cc site, all I get now is 404. Since your stupid code only understands how site gets started.
Enough with this Google/Chrome crap, its all lies, I never develop in Chrome and know no one else who does. This is all just an excuse to extort money post fact.
A supposed fix is coming. Right. And I have a bridge to sell.

Hello, tried your free plugin, but really need more of a Cart Quantity based rules. Have 3 Shipping Zones (US West Coast, US East Coast, and US Mis States).
For each Shipping Zone need 3 rules:
1 – Shipping cost for Cart quantity of 1-3 items
2 – Shipping cost for Cart quantity of 4-5 items
3 – FREE shipping (no cost) on Cart quantity of 6 or more itemsDoes your PRO version support this? I think its an easy scenario, each Shipping Zone actually having 2 Cart Quantity BASED shipping rates for orders of less than 6 items, and then ALL Shipping Zones sharing FREE SHIPPING rule on 6 items or more. Please let me know if this is doable, need to get this setup done in the next few days. TIA.
Hello, added your plugin and configured for Quantity Greater or Equal than X, a few errors popped up, not sure why and who to fix.
Enable the Advanced Free Shipping rates is checked, so seems plugin is set. But after adding the condition the list is still empty.
