please don’t close this. the support guy wanted PayPal payments log which I gave him. He told me it wasn’t the right format and that I should create a staging site. I did and gave him the link. Then he wanted to know if the same problem was replicated on the staging site. It was.Then he wanted me to create a sandbox merchant and buyer account which I did and tested and it worked. But sandbox is for testing paying with a PayPal account not without one.
I need people to be able to purchase from my shop WITHOUT a PayPal account.
So far Ive been made to jump through a lot of hoops with no resolution on the horizon. I do not know if this is a PayPal business account problem or plugin problem.
