I’m getting the same type of error message from Google on 2 sites.
I use a couple of different sites:
http://www.istockphoto.com
http://www.sxc.hu/
If you use the second one, make sure you check each photo before use. Not all of them can be used for commercial purposes without the owner’s permission.
